Construction of a luxury 5 story residential complex Virgin Island with full infrastructure and private beach has started in Egypt on March 1, 2016 on the land plot with area 4265 sq m, located at address: El-Cornish St., Sheraton Road, Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate.

All necessary Virgin Island construction permits and license were obtained in June 2012, and preparation work for construction was begun in December.

High quality construction materials will be used in the Virgin Island apartments building.
